Warsaw
On our
final day we reached Warsaw. We trod the well-worn path from the Ghetto
fighter’s monument and its souvenir stalls, to the Umschlagplatz.
From the Umschlagplatz we made our way to the huge
Jewish cemetery. There we visited the grave of Peretz, and thus formed a
sort of symbolic closure to our trip.
